High speed rubbing machine is one part of the plastic filling line. Due to its high speed, it can be connected with other high speed production lines, also it can provide bottles for two production lines at same time by two separate road transportation.

This machine has advanced technology and design, high and stable bottle feeding speed. For different size of bottles, it only need to change the bottle unscrambling turntable.(small difference of the size, just use the same one) and adjust the bottle feeding track.

This machine has own reserving bottle case, it can reserve about a thousand 40*75  60 ML plastic bottles. The bottle lifting parts start or stop according to the number of the bottles in the bottle unscrambler through photosensor.

This machine can be easily operated and all the machine parts are controlled by the PLC system.
